ELECTRIC DIRT MOTORCYCLE LIMITED WARRANTY

All electric dirt motorcycles purchased from 79BIKE are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the day the product is received by the customer.

CONDITIONS FOR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

  1. You must be the original owner.

  2. Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

COMPONENTS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY

  • Battery: 12 months

  • Controller: 12 months

  • LED Lights: 12 months

  • Motor: 12 months

  • Display: 12 months

  • Throttle: 12 months

  • Electrical Wiring: 12 months

  • Frame: 12 months

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following:

  1. Private modifications.

  2. Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage, unless caused by 79BIKE.

  3. Products with the serial number or barcode removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

  4. Ordinary wear and tear.

  5. Use of accessories, products, or equipment not supplied or approved by 79BIKE.

  6. Improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, repair, or adjustment that does not follow the assembly instructions or owner’s manual.

  7. External causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, weather exposure, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.

BATTERY WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The limited warranty for the battery does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  1. Charging with a non-approved or incompatible charger.

  2. Improper use of a battery charger.

  3. Broken seals or evidence of tampering.

  4. Use of the battery in equipment other than the bike for which it was designed.

CLAIMING WARRANTY

To claim warranty coverage, you must provide evidence of the defect (such as images or videos).
Our technicians will validate the issue and, at our discretion, send a replacement component free of charge.
If necessary, you may need to work with a local technician approved by 79BIKE.

Please consider these factors carefully before making a purchase.
