The C1 features a 1100W outer rotor BLDC motor from the BAFANG sub-brand. The motor is equipped with a 5-level pedal assist system (PAS).The motor utilizes a sinusoidal wave structure and can rotate at a speed of 3805 revolutions per minute within one minute.

Our thermal safety protocols go far beyond industry norms—ensuring zero risk of open flames or thermal runaway even under temperatures as high as 149°F. An integrated thermal protection controller automatically shuts off power in case of overheating, giving you complete peace of mind and reliable protection on every ride.

    Compared to C2, our C1 lowers the overall frame height, making it more accessible for customers looking for a sportier riding style and enhancing comfort during rides. Of course, if conditions allow, we still recommend purchasing the C2, as its frame is better suited for riders over 5.1 feet tall.
  • Will there be safety risks with the battery?
    Our battery is UL certified, so there are no issues with everyday use. However, it's advisable to avoid placing it near sources of fire or other hazardous areas. Additionally, all our vehicle batteries and accessories are rated IPX6 for water resistance, meaning they can operate even in rainy weather. Nevertheless, for safety reasons, it's best not to use them in rainy conditions.
  • Does my height suit the C1?
    The recommended rider height is 4'5" - 6'5".
  • What is frame made of?
    Our C1 commuter ebike's frame is made of High-Step alloy. The alloy frame is lighter in weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, is high in strength, and can withstand greater loads.
  • Do I need to assemble the bike?
    We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
